Nateyote Studio（以下「当方」）は、本アプリにおけるユーザーのプライバシーを尊重します。本アプリは、スクリーンタイムの管理という目的のために端末内の情報を利用しますが、これらの情報を外部のサーバーへ送信したり、第三者と共有・販売することは一切ありません。すべての処理はユーザーの端末内のみで完結します。

1. 収集・利用する情報

本アプリは、アカウント登録を必要とせず、氏名・メールアドレス・位置情報などの個人を特定する情報を収集しません。機能の提供のために、端末内で以下の情報を参照・利用します。

アプリの利用状況（各アプリの使用時間など）… 利用時間の集計と制限の実施のために、端末内で参照します。
インストール済みアプリの一覧 … 制限対象のアプリを選択できるようにするために参照します。
メディア再生の状態 … バックグラウンド再生の検知・一時停止のために参照します。
ユーザーが設定した内容（利用制限、タスク、報酬、各種設定など）… 端末内（アプリのローカル保存領域）に保存します。

これらの情報はいずれも端末の外に出ることはありません。当方がこれらを取得・閲覧することもできません。

2. 権限の利用目的

使用状況へのアクセス … 各アプリの利用時間を計測し、制限を行うため。
通知へのアクセス … 音楽・動画などのバックグラウンド再生を検知・一時停止するため。
端末管理者 … 利用制限に達したときに画面をロックするため。
インストール済みアプリの参照 … 制限対象アプリを選択できるようにするため。
常駐サービス・端末起動時の自動開始 … 利用時間の計測を継続するため。
通知の送信 … リマインドや残り時間のお知らせを表示するため。
ストレージ（任意） … 設定のバックアップ・復元をユーザーが行う場合に、端末内のファイルへ保存・読込するため。

3. 第三者提供・外部送信

本アプリは、解析ツール（アナリティクス）、広告SDK、クラッシュ収集ツールなどを一切使用していません。インターネット通信の権限を持たず、ユーザーの情報を外部へ送信しません。

4. データの保存と削除

本アプリのデータはすべてユーザーの端末内にのみ保存されます。アプリの設定からデータを消去するか、本アプリをアンインストールすることで、これらのデータは削除されます。

5. 課金（サブスクリプション）について

本アプリの有料機能の購入・サブスクリプションは、Google Play を通じて処理されます。お支払い情報（クレジットカード番号等）は Google が取り扱い、当方がこれを受け取ることはありません。Google の取り扱いについては Google のプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

6. お子様のプライバシー

本アプリは13歳未満のお子様を対象として提供するものではありません。当方が、お子様から個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません（そもそも個人情報を外部に収集しません）。

7. 本ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは、必要に応じて改定されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページ上で更新します。

Nateyote Studio ("we") respects the privacy of users of the App. The App uses information on your device for the purpose of screen‑time management, but it never sends this information to any external server, nor shares or sells it to any third party. All processing takes place entirely on your device.

1. Information We Use

The App does not require an account and does not collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, or location. To provide its features, it accesses the following information on your device only:

App usage (such as how long each app is used) — referenced on‑device to calculate usage and enforce limits.
List of installed apps — referenced so you can select which apps to limit.
Media playback state — referenced to detect and pause background playback.
Your settings (limits, tasks, rewards, preferences) — stored locally in the App's storage on your device.

None of this information ever leaves your device, and we have no ability to access or view it.

2. Permissions and Why We Use Them

Usage Access — to measure per‑app usage time and enforce limits.
Notification Access — to detect and pause background media playback.
Device administrator — to lock the screen when a limit is reached.
Query installed apps — so you can choose which apps to limit.
Foreground service / start on boot — to keep measuring usage continuously.
Post notifications — to show reminders and remaining‑time alerts.
Storage (optional) — to save/restore a backup of your settings on your device, if you use that feature.

3. No Third‑Party Sharing or Transmission

The App uses no analytics, advertising SDKs, or crash‑reporting tools. It holds no internet permission and does not transmit your information anywhere.

4. Data Storage and Deletion

All App data is stored solely on your device. You can delete it by clearing the App's data in settings or by uninstalling the App.

5. Purchases (Subscriptions)

Purchases and subscriptions for paid features are processed through Google Play. Payment details (such as card numbers) are handled by Google; we do not receive them. Please refer to Google's privacy policy for how Google handles such data.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children (and we do not collect personal information externally at all).

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as needed. If we make significant changes, we will update this page.
